How To Draw Anime Face Step By Step
Step 1: Draw a big circle, divide it into 4 equal sections. Draw another horizontal line below the horizontal diameter and also draw a line outside the circle as shown in the image below.
Step 2: Start outlining jaws and neck from the last 2 lines drawn in step 1.
Step 3: Raise up the jawline drawing full face and ears on both side.
Step 4: Draw 2 eyes below the diameter line marked or in the same line with ears. Mark a small line for the nose as in the image below.
Step 5: On the line of the big circle draw mark 3 for the mouth. Above the eyes draw eyebrows.
Step 6: Erase all the extra lines are drawn and your face outline is clearly visible to you.
Step 7: This is the final step of drawing, draw hair bangs for the anime. Here this anime girl has short hair, you can finish it with long hair too.

Although I do not clearly draw the line of the head like in this example every time, I do identify it in my mind when I draw. So here, in these examples, I identified the line in purple for you.
In this front view, the eye line will always be around the center of the vertical line between the chin and the to top the head. So if you measure, the space between the chin and the eyes, is roughly the same as between the eyes and the top of the head.
Here is the under-drawing sketch for this example. I used procreate and an iPad pro to draw the face on a separate layer. The face is used in all examples here since hair is the focus. For the hair, you can see that I am more focused on the overall shape of the hair and less worried about what the lines look like at this stage.
These lines are just a guide for the final line art in the next step.
In this step I drew over the underdrawing with more precision. It could use more refinement and some shading still but much of the indecisiveness of the sketchy lines of the underdrawing is now left in the past.

Position The Facial Features
Place the facial features as shown in the above example. The proportions used are the same as for most other tutorials here on AnimeOutline.
Draw the eyes just below the the horizontal halfway point of the head. Make the pupils round and with the inner ends of the top eyelids slightly lowered. Draw the top of the pupils slightly covered by the top eyelids and leave some space between them and the bottom eyelids.
The round pupils will make the eyes more wolf like.
Slightly above the eyes draw fairly thick eyebrows. For more types of eyebrows also see:
Draw the nose to one side of the vertical halfway line of the face. Really you are just drawing the outline of the shadow on the side of the nose.
Position the mouth with the bottom lip between the nose and the chin and draw the mouth itself slightly above it in a fairly wide smile. This is optional depending on the kind of character you want but if you look at photos of real wolves their mouths often have a sort of smile like shape. Like the nose the bottom lip will really be just an outline of a shadow this time cast on the chin.

Draw The Overall Shape Of The Female Body
One of the most important thing to keep in mind when drawing the full figure is the proportions or the relation of one body part to another. Everything has to be the right size or your character will look odd.
Certain styles may deliberately exaggerate certain proportions there are still rules to follow when drawing.
For the front view of the girl you should start by drawing a vertical line. This will help you make both sides of the figure more even. If you are drawing two views at once you can add the horizontal lines to make sure that the different body parts match up in both views.
Drawing both views at once is a good exercise. If you are good at drawing one particular body part in one view but not so much in another this can help you.

Draw The Center Guide Line & The Top Of The Head
Star by drawing a vertical line through the middle of your drawing area. In this case it will be tall enough to accommodate the height of the head, neck, and the top part of the shoulders.
The purpose of this line is to act as a guide that helps make sure that both halves of the head/neck/shoulders are of relatively even width. Later it can also help with spacing and positioning the facial features.
At the top of this line draw a circle that will represent the top of the head.
Sketch The Initial Eyelids
Now this is to further check the symmetry of your drawing. Using one of your guidelines we will sketch the rough eyelids. We simply blacken the portion of the guidelines that could form the eyelids. Start With A Simple Shirt
Anime clothes drawing will vary depending on how youd like your character to be dressed. For beginners, a simple shirt design is the easiest starting point.
Around the neck of your character, draw sloping lines downwards and around the neck, leaving a small gap in the middle, to create an open-collar shirt.
Start with the shirt collar before working on the sleeves or details.
