Draw The Line Art Or Ink It
In this step, you will have to ink your illustration. If you have used a pencil to make the sketch, ink over it, and when it is dry, you can erase the pencil underneath. In the case of using art software, you can make a new layer to draw on top of the outline.
When inking the outline, you can draw the reflections in the iris of the eye.

Draw The Overall Shape Of The Eye
In the case of using Clip Studio Paint Pro art software, you can activate the symmetry tool to draw on the right and left at the same time, mirrored.
In the case of drawing by hand, you will have to do one first and then the other manually: try to make them as symmetrical as possible.
In the case of drawing a character from the side, the same tool will not work .
The first thing we will do is draw the outline of the eye in the shape of an almond.
We will make an oval placed diagonally, placing the inner side lower than the outer, where the inner area of the eye will end in a point, while the outer one will end in a rounded shape.
Degrees Of Realism And Stylization
In anime and manga, eyes are drawn in various degrees of stylization. Human anatomy in anime is stylized often to the point of being unrealistic, yet still very recognizable as the anime counterpart of the real world person the artwork is describing.
This is an important point. This means that if we are to draw anime, we must observe what we see in the world and put it through a stylizer machine before we output it on canvas as a more anime version of what we saw. Fortunately, we all have a stylizer machine called the brain!
In anime, there is a spectrum of on one end, very large anime looking eyes, and some on the other end, that are pretty realistic with some stylization flare. I tend to like something in the middle, although a lot depends on the artwork itself.

Drawing Anime Eyes Step By Step
Step 1-4. First, draw an oval and divide it in half horizontally and vertically. And then divide the formed halves into three more equal parts vertically, as indicated in the picture above.
Step 5-7. After that, from the edge of the base horizontal line, draw a line along two parts slightly up, along three parts in parallel, and along one part down, closing the base of the central horizontal line on the opposite side. Step 8-9. Bring together the lines that form the upper base of the eyelashes on the left side and bring them out a millimeter beyond the edge of the eye. Draw The Eyelashes And Iris
Once we have the almond shape drawn, we will draw another line that will follow the upper contour of the eye. It will start at the same inner tip of the eye and end a few millimeters above the outer corner of the eye.
From the outside, make some thick and elegant eyelashes. They will be the ones that will attract the most attention in your design, so be sure to make them clear, precise, and beautiful.
In the upper internal area, we can draw an eyelash. We can add some more short and separated ones in the lower edge of the eye.
Finally, draw the iris in the center of the eye with large, well-centered circles on the horizontal line. As for the vertical, place the iris somewhat covered by the upper eyelid and somewhat away from the lower one.
In the center of the iris, add a small circle that will be the pupil. Some other millimeters above the upper arch of the eye, above the eyelashes, you can add a small curved line that will simulate the contour of the upper eyelid.

You can erase the line overlapping the pupil in the next step. The reason for drawing it all the way though like that is to make sure that both sides match up and that you have a nice and smooth curve.

How To Draw A Realistic Dog Face
Step 1 Collect a picture of your dog facing towards you. We only need the face and it should be clear.
Step 2 First of all we need to draw a reference line for the center of the face. It should pass between the eyes and cross the nose. Now draw an outward line from one eye to other.
Step 3 Try to trace the outline of the dog using a tracing paper and include the ears also. Use light touches to sketch the head in detail.
Add some faint lines near the eyes and forehead to show the folds of skin and fur.
Step 4 This is step is the most difficult which includes light shading. Use light touches for highest details. Use short strokes in case of short fur and hard strokes in case of long fur. Shade the dogs nose for smoothness. Use eraser when you want to decrease the concentration and give the final details.

Make the line about 1/3rd the length of the first curved line you drew. Then,make the upper lash line thick and bold with your pencil. Add The Outer Top Eyelid Eyelashes
It should be noted that you could stop at step seven of this tutorial and have a perfectly normal anime eye but since the tutorial focuses on female eyes we will add some eyelashes.
The first place you want to add the eyelashes to is the outer corners of the eye. Generally eyelashes sort of fan out around the eyelids so you can draw anime eyelashes in a similar way.
Next add some smaller eyelashes at the inner corner of the eye.
Since the eyelashes are fairly small you can also shade them as you draw them.
There is no need to add any in the middle as these usually tend to point forward and therefore visually sort of just merge into one shape.
