Draw The Top/back Of The Combed Back Hair
This is the back/top section. Hair that has been combed like this can create all sorts of bumps and clumps.
These bumps should be drawn in such a way that their combined shapes have a consistent flow. This means that you wont have one bump that is too close to your head and another that is too far from it. The bumps and clumps should gradually move away from the top of the head, around the ears, and closer to the head.
You can make the hair bumps around the top of your head somewhat random. Some bumps will be larger than others, but they should not be above your ears.
You can also draw a few clumps between the bumps. Most of them can be drawn with a little bit of a wave.

Proportions change given the perspective and foreshortening of the subject. Over time you must learn to gauge proportions and correct based on what you are drawing. However, there are a couple of rules that are very helpful in drawing the hand and we can use them for drawing anime hands.

Draw The Top/back Of The Combed Hair
The back or top portion of your hair should be added in two main curves starting from the top of your head. The overall shape of the hair should hug the head/face, getting closer the further it falls. A few clumps can be added at the bottom and just above the ears.
These clumps can take a bit of the neat look, but make hair look a little more natural.
