As we can that the writer of this story Togashi is currently suffering from health issues and even because of his back problem he is at suggested rest by doctors thus he is on a break to heal himself faster and then he can return to work as soon as possible. The reason told by doctors for his back problem is lumbago. This is not a rare problem as it can be seen in 80% of adults.
But it varies from person to person whether it is mild, severe, chronic, or acute. As his tweets clearly state that he has already completed 10 chapters in the manga series. As soon he will recover from Lumbago he will continue to write.

‘hunter X Hunter’ Creator Reveals If He’ll Finish The Series
If you didn’t know, 2018 marks a big year for Hunter x Hunter. The long-running series made its debut back in March 1998, and Yoshihiro Togashi has yet to finish the manga. With the series turning 20-years-old this year, fans around the world are wondering if Hunter x Hunter will ever come to an end.
So, you can thank Togashi for giving an answer to that burning question. The artist just dropped the scoop in a brand-new interview.
Recently, Shueisha published its latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump, and the update held a new interview with Togashi. It was there the artist revealed whether he’s finished Hunter x Hunter story behind the scenes and if the manga will ever end.
“I need to finish writing Hunter x Hunter,” Togashi admitted. “It has come to the point where either the story concludes first or I die before that happens. But I do intend to finish it.”
For fans, the confirmation is exciting, but readers have no idea when Hunter x Hunter will come to a close. As mentioned earlier, the manga is 20-years-old, and it has been awhile since fans have gotten a new chapter of the story. You can thank the manga’s most recent hiatus for that blip.

Hunter X Hunter Squashes Rumors Of The Anime’s Return
It has been quite some time since Hunter x Hunter graced fans with an update, and it seems the fandom will be waiting longer yet. The manga is currently on its longest hiatus to date, and there are no anime projects in the work. At least, that is what fans believed until a little rumor convinced some otherwise. Fandom chatter about the anime being rebooted picked up heavily at the start of 2021, but it turns out Hunter x Hunter has no such plans in mind. Instead, its cast is coming together for a very different project, and it will allow some lucky fans to experience Hunter x Hunter through a virtual lens.
The Virtual Escape Room, titled “Escape From The Trick Dungeon”, will attempt to re-create the “Hunter Exam” arc from the first season of the anime, which saw Gon and his newfound friends attempting to win their Hunters’ licenses. Though Gon and a majority of his friends were successful in winning the coveted statuses as Hunters, their brutal friend Killua was ultimately unable to pass the exam due to his killer nature and thus a brand new arc was born. Fans of Hunter x Hunter are awaiting the return of both the anime and the manga, though there has yet to be any hints as to when either of them will return.
Real Escape Game, the company responsible for this new Hunter x Hunter Virtual Game, shared the details about the upcoming experience that fans of the franchise will be able to access in March of this year:

Will Hunter X Hunter Come Back From Break
Return of Hunter x Hunter in 2021 is ruled out. The pace of comeback will depend on Togashis health, his enthusiasm for HxH and his lifespan. The community of Gon Freecss adventure fans has also been pushing hard to convince Togashi and the editors to resume the serialization of the story of Gon and the other Hunters. Yet, nothing appears on site.

There have been instances in the recent past where we saw Gege Akutami of Jujutsu Kaisen going on hiatus for several weeks due to health issues. As the fanbase is growing the pressures of serialization of rhythms has become increasingly frenetic followed by even tighter drafting times.

How Long Before The Hxh Manga Is Advanced Enough For Season 7
It is likely that the creator Yoshihiro Togashi will not be able to produce more manga for Hunter X Hunter. The mangaka is said to have suffered from serious mental health problems that have affected his work. The mangaka has been under extreme pressure due to the popularity of his work. He is said to be still recovering until now.
However, Togashi has expressed extreme dedication to finish Hunter X Hunter. The legendary author does not want to disappoint his audience. He reportedly asked his wife to finish Hunter X Hunter if he died.
The Hunter X Hunter manga series currently has 36 volumes, with the last one released in 2018. Four of these volumes remain untapped by the last six episodes and could serve as source material for Hunter x Hunter season 7.
However, these four volumes have yet to complete the Dark Continent arc. So fans have to wait for Togashi to release the remaining chapter.

- The majority of us recognize that the narrative is all about a boy called Gon Freecss. He finds that his father is living, and he thought he died. Besides, he came to know that he is his dad. The hunter is an elite member of humankind. To pursue his dreams, he was left by his dad at a relatives home. He became desperate to clear the Hunter Examination to become like his daddy.
- It is a continuation of the story, not a reboot or remake.
- There were no plans for an eighth season before it was announced to air in fall 2019 following this seventh one because there are only 52 episodes per manga arc and each anime series has been adapted from four of these arcs so far with little room left for any future ones. They also wanted to make sure that they could end the show properly instead of just going long enough until they ran out of material as Naruto did after 220+ episodes whereas Hunter x Hunter had already reached its planned ending point before being picked up again three years ago when new information about Yoshihiro Tog.
If Hunter x Hunter season 7 is renewed, it will probably start in 2022. We still have a lot of time this year to make that happen.
The problem is if there even will be a new season at all. If there is, we should be able to see it on Netflix eventually unless Netflix gets involved with producing the series, and then we would have to wait a long time for Hunter x Hunter season 7 on Netflix.

Well, lets discuss the arcs in anime that we can cherish. The show is written beautifully and creatively by Togashi. The story starts with a hunter exam where candidates need to finish the long race to be a licensed hunter. As you watch the show, You will meet with Gon, Killua, and Hisoka. These three are enough to make any show perfect. The narration and OST are perfect in this anime.
As the show progress, Killuas family got introduced to the anime. We meet with Illumi, who is an assassin as Killua and his family. The third arc is something you will never forget, i.e The York New city arc where Kurapika fights with Uvogin to take revenge on Phantom Troops. The fourth arc is like a transition before the ultimate. The fourth arc is related to the video game world, which you will understand when you watch the show. The final dodgeball game with Gons team and Razors team is a must-watch type thing. The fifth arc, which is the Chimera Ant arc, is something where shit gets real. This arc is filled with emotions, goosebumps, and action. Even discussion on this arc will spoil the fun, so you must watch this arc to know what we meant.

Hunter X Hunter Season 7 Release Date
Togashi with his team gave us some signs but actually, there is nothing till the moment, we will keep updating this so when the anime is going to start we will inform you.
