Eight New Oad Episodes Are Available
As part of the promotional campaign for Attack on Titan season 4 part 2, eight special original anime episodes were released for international streaming.
These episodes were previously only available on the DVD boxset for the series, but were made available to watch on Crunchyroll and Funimation on Sunday, December 19th.
Three episodes focused on Hanges attempt to capture a live titan and the first training camp for the cadets.
Two episodes then focused on backstories for Commander Erwin and Captain Levi.
The final two episodes are adaptations of the Lost Girls spin-off novel series featuring Annie and Mikasa.

Who Is The Main Character In Attack On Titan
Attack on Titan is a curious one the main character and protagonist of the series is undoubtedly Eren Jeager, a teenager who swears revenge on the Titans after they destroy his hometown and kill his mother. He then joins the Military with childhood friends Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlert, with the three fighting and studying Titans as part of the Survey Corps.

However, despite his heroic origins Eren undergoes an almost reverse character arc, performing more and more violent acts until he becomes more of an anti-hero. By the end of season four part one he has announced his intention to destroy all nations outside of Paradis, and become the final series antagonist.

Attack On Titan: Season 4 Part 2 Release Date
Attack on Titan season 4 part 2 will premiere with the release of episode 76 Judgement on Sunday, January 9th, 2022.
The AOT Twitter page stated that the series would return This Winter after the conclusion of episode 75 back in May of this year. The page would then confirm that the colossal anime series would enter its final stage in January 2022.
On October 13th, it was officially confirmed that the mega-series would return to our screens on January 9th, alongside the release of a new teaser trailer see below.

The final chapter of Attack on Titans manga was released in April 2021, leaving fans with a bittersweet ending to Hajime Isayamas popular series.Like in the anime, Eren Yeager becomes increasingly ruthless in his attempts to free humanity from the grip of the Titans.
Not only does he turn on Paradis Islands military, but he winds up betraying Zeke. Despite agreeing to his brothers euthanization plan, he actually has his own ends in mind and theyre no less amoral, but they turn his sights outside the walls. Eren believes by eliminating everyone else in the world, hell keep his own people safe. He activates the Rumbling and successfully destroys much of the population outside of Paradis.
Erens plan is a step too far for his friends and comrades, all of whom wind up teaming up with Reiner and the other Titan Warriors from Marley to stop him from finishing the Rumbling. This leads to an epic showdown before Mikasa is presented with a choice: kill the person she loves most in the world or stand by as he does the unthinkable. She chooses the first option.
Its a heartbreaking conclusion to their story, but it brings about the end of the Titans. It also halts the war temporarily, though Isayamas epilogue suggests Marley seeks revenge somewhere down the line.
Attack On Titan Final Season Part 2 Release Date
We finally have a date after months of speculation, it has now been confirmed that part two of Attack on Titans final season will premiere on Sunday 9th January 2022.
The news was announced in October 2021 as part of a teaser trailer, ahead of six special recap episodes which aired in Japan on 25th October.
An earlier teaser trailer for part two previously confirmed the anime would return this winter with episode 76 and we now know that the opening episode will be called Danzai
UK fans will be able to watch the final season the same day episodes air in Japan on Crunchyroll and Funimation.
Part one of season four began on 6th December 2020, and wrapped up on 29th March 2021.
