However, dont let the short running time fool you. The series makes good use of its time, serving up scares thatll have you afraid to take a bathroom break.
Each episode opens with a creepy old man in a yellow mask setting up his Kamishibai a Japanese street theater structure at the local park. The children gather around him as he tells various ghost stories and myths using paper figures.
One such creepy story comes from the urban legend of Hachishakusama , a demon who takes the form of a tall woman to abduct children. Featuring similar tales about supernatural beings, myths, and Japanese folklore, Yamishibai: Japanese Ghost Stories is definitely a must-watch between horror flicks.

The second season of Dr. Stone, titled Stone Wars, started on Jan. 14 and has put us back in the world of Senku and his friends. Stone Wars picks up where season 1 left off.
It is nearing the end of winter and Senkus Kingdom of Science has to find a way to defeat Tsukasas empire with as little bloodshed as possible. In this season we can expect to see more of Taiju and Yuzuriha, two characters who were mostly absent from the first season after being revived.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica doesnt feel like a thriller at first. However, it definitely makes its intentions known after the first few episodes. The show focuses around a group of magical girls who trade a lifetime of servitude for one wish. This presents a lot of obvious problems that very strongly bother the titular character Madoka. The series is actually quite old, but still definitely holds up by todays standards. A second iteration of the show, Magia Record, launched in 2020 along with an accompanying mobile game of the same name. This is one of the seminal anime on Crunchyroll. Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is back this Fall to continue the rest of the season. The series follows Rudeus, a jobless slob who becomes reincarnated as a newborn baby in a world full of magic and monsters. The first half of the season explores his acclimation to this new body and world whereas in the second half we see Rudeus using his newly learned experience in a different environment. Anyways, we ALL KNOW the ads in this app are ridiculous. I know its a free app and all, and I do really enjoy it and dont mind a couple ads, but theres just one problem for me. I was watching mha, yes, my hero academia, and I had a problem occur.So technically what happened, I got ad an, not bad right? After the ad, the anime wouldnt load. I kept exiting the app, and everytime I went back in it would give me another ad and not load again. Mind you, my internet is not bad at all. You also might be thinking, its probably just more than one ad, and the second one just isnt loading, so when you go back in it loads. But no. I was doing this for I know over 10 minutes. I got at least 10 ads and ngl, my night was kind of ruined because it kept happening and I ended up just giving up and going to bed. This might sound like a complaint, and it kind of is, but the moral of the story is to please just fix your ads. 4 ads isnt bad, and its understandable for a free app with a ton of anime and more, but I shouldnt have 10 ads in just one ad break. Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean
ORA ORA ORA! JoJos Bizarre Adventure is back with Stone Ocean or Part 6 of the popular shonen series. For those that dont know, the series follows the Joestar family line beginning with JOnthan JOestar. You can kind of see where JoJo comes from in the series title now. Because this is an intergenerational storyline, were now finally seeing the anime adaptation of Stone Ocean with Jolyne Cujoh which takes place over 100 years after Part 1 of the series. JoJos Bizarre Adventure is known for its intense action, wild art style, and cultural music references. Thats right! Music references. If you like action with a lot of weirdness, JoJos Bizarre Adventure will be worth a watch. We recommend watching the previous seasons which are all available on Crunchyroll before jumping into Stone Ocean. The series will premiere on Netflix this December.

BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS is a Japanese anime series based on the manga of the same name. This series is the sequel to Masashi Kishimotos NARUTO, which is one of the longest-running series about a ninja-in-training. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba 89

Demon Slayer follows Tanjirou Kamado after his family has been slaughtered by demons. Fortunately, his sister Nezuko manages to survive, but she is turned into a demon.
Tanjirou joins the Demon Slayer Corps looking to avenge his family and save people from Demons all the while searching for a way to revert Nezuko back. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba was released during the spring 2019. Adapted by studio Ufotable, the anime is 26 episodes and is confirmed for a sequel film in 2020.
