- Now, if you request a time skip in the future, this seems unlikely at this point. Cause:
- Luffy has already mastered the advanced surveillance hacks. Now hes taller than Commander Yonko.
- He seems to be doing hacks with advanced weaponry. Going back to what Rayleigh said, the khaki takes place in the middle of a tense battle, so another time skip doesnt seem logical.
- All the other straw hats seem to have received the bonuses they need as well. Enma, Raid Suit, Zeus, and others can evolve during combat.
What Happened During The Timeskip In ‘one Piece’
During these two years, Luffy and his crew go off on their separate paths to train. Roronoa Zoro works with the world’s strongest swordsman, Dracule Mihawk.
Vinsmoke “Black Leg” Sanji trains with a member of the Revolutionary Army named Ivankov. Nami didn’t train the way the others did. Since she’s the crew’s navigator, her specialty is understanding weather. So she goes to the island of Weatheria to study meteorology.
At the beginning of the time skip, Straw Hat Usopp finds himself on the Boin Archipelago. After being sidetracked by the great food they offer, he gets stronger and works on his shooting. Another member of the crew, Chopper, ends up studying medicine. Fellow member Nico Robin joins the Revolutionaries, a military organization.
Straw Hat Pirate Franky works on his engineering skills by studying blueprints made by Dr. Vegapunk, a scientist with the World Government’s military sea force, the Marines. Crew Member Brook has the most interesting two-year break. He decides to become a rockstar and spends the time going on tour.

The Seven Warlords of the Sea , the full title being The Royal Seven Warlords of the Sea , is a group of seven powerful pirates sanctioned by the World Government who hand over a fraction of their loot to the Government. The Government’s idea is to use powerful pirates to fight all the lesser ones. Other pirates consider the Warlords to be “government dogs”. When Is The Time Skip In ‘one Piece’
According to the One Piece Fandom, the time skip begins at the end of episode 516. Hulu shows this marks the end of season 8. Here, we see Jinbe, helmsman of the Straw Hat Pirates, tell Luffy that they will be parting ways to meet at Fish-Man Island in two years. This leaves Luffy to train with Silvers Rayleigh, the first mate of the Pirate King.

Katakuri Is Strong & Ruthless But Also Honorable
One of the series’ most exciting fights was between Luffy and Charlotte Katakuri, who happened to be Big Mom’s strongest child. Katakuri possesses a Devil Fruit which allows him to create, control, and transform into mochi. This may sound like a weird Devil Fruit power, but it is indeed powerful along with his Armament and Observation Haki.

In terms of appearance, Katakuri looks intimidating, though he is known for being calm and serious and is very blunt in battle when dealing with someone weaker. He has a sense of honor as well, as he intentionally injured himself to be on Luffy’s level after he learned that his sister interfered with their fight.
Should I Skip One Piece Fillers
Should I skip One Piece fillers?Yes sure but the only filler arc that I recommend to not skip is the arc. One Piece fillers generally are not bad that much just some of them. Yet they are skippable. And I think no one loves fillers starting from me. We can say if you finish all the canon episodes early and you got free time then itâs worth watching.

The Fight Against Kaido
Lets talk about the latest chapter in Wano Arc. In chapter 1002, we finally get to see Zoro swinging into action against Kaido. Zoro launched a powerful slash against the Yonko that chopped an entire horn of the skull dome. Kaido barely dodged his attack while thinking if he is eligible for health insurance.
Our persistent swordsman sent off another attack that again missed the Yonko and the latter couldnt be happier or luckier for that matter. But how does this proves that Zoro was stronger than Luffy post timeskip?
Remember the first time Luffy faced off against Kaido? He was taken down in a single hit. Of course, Luffy trained in the Udon prison and came out much stronger. We never saw Zoro indulging in any special training after the timeskip. Yet he was strong enough to take on the Yonkos.
Of course, he has some help from Enma, the sword waifu. But he was able to wield Enma without much trouble and that probably says a lot about his power levels.
Is It Worth Starting One Piece 20 Years Late
Ill be honest with you, it depends. Do you like fun, adventure, and the vicarious thrill of watching really bad guys get punched in the face? Then absolutely, get started today. How about loveable characters who are a little bit broken inside pursuing their dreams and standing together against oppressive rulers? Youll adore the Straw Hat crew and their family-like bond as they defy the World Government. Do you exclusively read the romance genre? Stick to shoujo unless youre willing to do a lot of extra-curricular reading via fanfiction and doujinshi. How do you feel about heavily stylized character design? If you need realism, One Piece is probably not the show for you.
I could go on, but it really comes down to this: One Piece is an adventure. Either you want to join the Straw Hat Pirates on their journey or you dont. Some people just dont and thats okay. For everyone else, theres Mastercard this guide.

Rayleigh And Monkey D Dragons Gamble
For one, I can safely assume that Rayleigh is not part of the revolutionaries but he is aware of their goal. Monkey D Dragon has gambled the future of the world to his son by asking Kuma to send all of the strawhats to places that are related to their territories and protecting their ship at the same time. In doing so, the Strawhats, especially Franky, was able to get most of the secrets of Dr Vegapunk and develop technologies that are related to it.
Rayleigh also used this opportunity to make sure that Joy Boys future comes true. Just like how Oden told Toki to send his son and retainers 20 years into the future, Rayleigh also sent the strawhats 2 years forward. He can simply train Luffy for 6 months to 1 year but the secrets of Laugh Tale revealed to them the exact time on when this should happen and Rayleigh changed the meeting time from 3 days to 2 years completing the 25 years from the time they arrived in Laugh Tale. This is also why Kuma and Vegapunk designed a program to protect the ship until one of the strawhats returned.
Nico Robins Age Before The Time Skip:
Nico Robin was pretty well aged even at the start of the series, being the vice president of the Baroque Works, as well as being well known amongst the seven seas.
Not to mention the obvious, her figure quite literally showcased that she wasnt just another 15 year old looking to make a name for herself on the seven seas.
She was initially aged 28 when she met the Straw Hats, very early on within the series. Hence, her age before the time skip in One Piece was 28 years old.

How Did Nico Robin Change During Time Skip
Well, before the time skip she was much skinnier along with her skin being way more tan than it is now.
She was a skinny, tall and moderately proportioned woman. However after the time skip, her looks have almost completely changed! She is now much fairer in her complexion, along with having much more bust to her overall figure.
Many people assume that it was done just as a mode of fan service for people, however it was also done for comic accuracy within the series.

What did the Straw Hat pirates get up to during One Piece‘s 2-year time skip? Landing at the Sabaody Archipelago, Monkey D. Luffy was brimming with his usual enthusiastic confidence, but received a stark wake-up call thanks to Bartholomew Kuma and the World Government. Kuma easily defeated Luffy’s entire crew, sending each Straw Hat flying to a different island. Luffy landed on the isle of Amazon Lily, where he met Boa Hancock, before suddenly learning his brother was due to be executed by the Marines.
Still separated from his crew, Luffy broke into Impel Down to free his sibling, Portgas D. Ace, and then participated in the legendary Summit War between the Marines and Whitebeard. The bloody battle ended with the deaths of both Ace and Whitebeard, once again proving to Luffy that his crew weren’t strong enough for the battles to come. Recognizing his weakness, Luffy sent a message to the other Straw Hats via newspaper. Instead of meeting at Sabaody in 3 days as originally planned, they’d each take 2 whole years to refine their skills.
