Episode 11 left Im Quitting Heroing fans with an evil cliffhanger, but luckily a special trailer hinting at the events that will take place in episode 12 has been released!
From the trailer, we can deduce that the battle between Demon Queen Echidna and Leo Demonheart is over. Leo is still alive but has been completely incapacitated.
There is a gaping hole in his chest and youre able to see the Sorcerers Stone, which acts as his heart. Now it must be decided whether or not Echidna and the others will rip Leos heart out of his chest, or if they will decide to spare his life and look for another way to save the demon realm.
If they dont kill Leo and take his heart the demon world is doomed to continue in darkness forever. If they decide to kill Leo they end up having to kill someone who has become a cherished friend.
The stakes are high in this upcoming anime climax! Will Echidna and her allies decide to forsake their own homeland for Leos sake or will they do what needs to be done to save their home?

The anime had a slow start but as more of Leos mysterious background was revealed the show became much more interesting and riveting. The story centers on the worlds strongest hero, Leo Demonheart, who has continually protected humanity from demon invasions for thousands of years.
The anime begins in the future, which has taken on a medieval ambiance. Leo thwarts Demon Queen Echidna and her followers when they try to steal an item from the humans called the Philosophers Stone.
Leo grows curious about Echidna and her true motives behind the attack since she doesnt kill humans indiscriminately. Leo decides to disguise himself and join her defeated demon army and help them to get back on their feet in order to learn more about them.
He later learns that the Demon World is a polluted wasteland and that Echidna wants the Philosophers Stone to save her home world. Along the way, Leo ends up befriending Echidnas Elite Four Steiner a smart succubus demon, Lily a cute wolf demon, Mernes a cold-hearted assassin, and Edvard a dragon demon knight.
Part of Leos motivation for joining Echidnas army was that the human populace has grown fearful of Leos power instead of celebrating his victory over Echidna. Humanity is even speculating about whether or not he will become the next demon king and Leo fears that the humans may be right.

HIDIVE announced on its website on Friday that it will stream the Kensh Ryok wa Mokuteki o Ushinau na Ysha, Yamemasu: Tsugi no Shokuba wa Maj) fantasy light novel series. HIDIVE will stream the first part on June 24 at 9:00 p.m. EDT and the second part on August 24 at 9:00 p.m. EDT.
The OVAs are included in the Japanese release of the anime series. The two Blu-ray Disc boxes will ship on June 24 and August 24. The boxes will contain 12 television episodes and the new two-part OVA

Im Quitting Heroing: Next Gig Is at the Demon Queens Castle is a dark fantasy, Japanese light novel series written by Quantum and illustrated by Hana Amano. From January to February 2017 the light novel was serialized on Kadokawas user-generated novel publishing website Kakuyomu. From December 2017 to October 2018 three volumes of the light novel were published by Fujimi Shobo under their Kadokawa Books imprint.

The previous episode of Im Quitting Heroing ended abruptly with him saying Thank You.
Yuusha Yamemasu Episode12 begins by showing Queen Echidna and all the Demon Generals looking tired. After being single-handedly hammered by Leo, they should be. Leo, our ex-hero, is still alive but in a vulnerable situation and is weak. He gives up hope of living happily and asks for help from everyone. Leo closes his eyes and waits for the inevitable.
It is quite sentimental to hear the background music accompanying Leos bickering and pleas in Episode 12. Because the dialogues are consistent with the characters personalities, the writers have cleverly written them. This scene, with Leo in the snow and surrounded by his friends, seemed the ideal place to say goodbye. Leo, who had over 3,000 years worth of heroism under his belts, continued to be a Hero until his last moments.
