Physically, hes tall with bleached hair and numerous ear piercings. Hes a bit of a loner who can be introspective and gloomy one minute and bright and cheerful the next. Hes also known for making rash decisions and acting impulsively, sometimes leading to trouble. Miyano brings out a softer side of him.
Yoshikazu Miyano:
The other main character in the series, Miyano, voiced by Soma Saito, is shorter than Sasaki and more feminine. Hes also obsessed with Boys Love comics and can talk about them at length. While he isnt shy, hes a sensitive boy who has a handful of close friends and is respectful of those older than him, including senior students at the high school.

This senior student and president of the schools disciplinary committee is voiced by Yuma Uchida. He likes to tease Miyano and has taken the younger student under his wing, helping whenever he can.

Crunchyroll Streams Sasaki And Miyano Anime’s ‘episode 13’ Ova

‘s original video anime , which is also considered the 13th episode of the television anime series, worldwide except Asia on Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. EDT.
The ‘s Sasaki and Miyano manga on Wednesday. Harusono drafted the original anime episode, titled “Koi ni Kizuku Mae no Chotto Shita Hanashi.”
The episode’s story begins in November, when a student who lost a keychain goes to Miyano and the others. At Hanzawa’s prompting, the “First Lost-Item Detective Agency” is established. Hirano’s roommate Akira Kagiura appears in the episode, and reprises this role from an earlier drama CD.
The television anime adaptation of Sh Harusono
licensed the manga, and it describes the story:
It all started like a typical old-school plotlinebad-boy senior meets adorably awkward underclassman, one of them falls in love, and so on and so forth. But although Miyano is a self-proclaimed boys’ love expert, he hasn’t quite realizedhe’s in one himself. Which means it’s up to Sasaki to make sure their story has a happily ever after!

After all, movies like Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero have yet to hit theaters worldwide, and that isn’t even counting upcoming OVA releases. And if you did forget about these titles, Sasaki and Miyano just reminded everyone with the release of its first OVA.
If you head over to Crunchyroll, the first OVA for Sasaki and Miyano has joined the catalog. All you need to do is stream episode 13 of season one. The show concluded some months ago with episode 12, so this latest addition is the one you are looking for.
If you are not familiar with this OVA, the special is titled “A Tiny Episode Form Before He Realized His Feelings” and takes place before season one’s finale. It focuses on Sasaki as he comes to terms with his feelings for Miyano. Of course, Kuresawa finds himself in the middle of the budding romance as he helps Sasaki along with his realization. And like always, Miyano manages to walk in on Sasaki mid-revelation and complicate things.

Sasaki And Miyano Episode 13 Ova Is Streaming On Crunchyroll Today

After the first seasons run earlier this year, it was announced recently that the Sasaki and Miyano Episode 13 OVA will stream on Crunchyroll today, July 26.
The announcement of the OVAs release was made by Crunchyroll via its news site. There, the OVAs release date, time, and regions were detailed.
TheSasaki and MiyanoOVAs story will follow the Disciplinary Committee as they form “The First Lost Property Detective Team.” This team is formed so that they can search for a students missing keychain.
While the Sasaki and Miyano OVA will be streamed online with English subtitles, its Japanese release is a bit different. The episode will be available in Japan packed in with volume 9 of the manga.

In case youre unfamiliar, an OVA or original video animation is typically an anime episode or short that is released directly on home video.
This is unlike typical anime episodes which are broadcast on TV, meaning OVAs are generally seen as side stories and not exactly relevant to a shows overall plot.

Sasaki And Miyano Season 2 Plot
Miyano discovers that he is comfortable with Sasaki kissing him in the season 1 finale. However, Sasakis hesitation when the latter attempts to do so causes him to second guess his decision.
He feels bad for Miyano and blames himself for attempting to kiss him before they begin dating.
Meanwhile, Miyano is pleading with him to confess his affections for Sasaki. The pair walks to a park when they meet, where Miyano finally shows his feelings for Sasaki. They eventually embrace and kiss one another.
Sasaki and Miyano will begin dating formally in season 2. However, the pair will experience difficulties that most same-sex couples face, especially in modern times.
However, as they learn more about one another and share their secrets, their friendship will only become stronger.

But They Were Roommates
Seeing these characters again was a nice way to spend part of my day. Its no secret that I adore this series, so any excuse to see the boys again is always welcomed in my house. Watching Sasaki and Miyano being so flustered around each other is as adorable as it always is, but with that comes the introduction of Hirano and Kagiura.
Technically, weve met these two before, as Hirano is a major supporting character and Kagiura is his roommate. However, Kagiura was often in the background, only being mentioned and being seen for a quick second in an episode. Not only is he in the OVA, but we actually get to see him talking with Hirano!
Its not the longest scene in the world, but its enough to get a sense of their relationship and fall in love with their dynamic. Kagiura is clearly in love with Hirano, wanting to skip practice to be around him and even grabbing him as soon as he sees him. Hirano, according to Kagiura, is dense when it comes to picking up on his feelings ironic when you think about how Hirano was able to figure out how much Sasaki and Miyano liked each other. At the same time, Hirano gets flustered when Kagiura smiles at him, so I get the sense that he might understand better than he lets on.

The Plot Of Sasaki And Miyano
Sasaki and Miyano follows the titular high schoolers as their friendship and burgeoning interest in BL manga steadily grow into a romance. Sasaki is a year Miyano’s senior and seemingly a typical bad boy. He originally found himself smitten with Miyano after stepping in to stop a fight to keep Miyano, who he found adorable, from getting hurt. Curiously drawn to him and his passionate enthusiasm for BL manga, Sasaki slowly starts to realize the depth of his feelings for his friend.
Played off throughout the series to various degrees of comical effect, the series shows just how much these hidden feelings affect Sasaki as he grapples with understanding what it means to fall in love with a friend of the same gender. What’s more, despite being a BL lover, it’s a while before Miyano realizes just how much his favorite genre has quickly become his reality. This slice-of-life anime is lighthearted and humorous but filled with plenty of heartfelt moments of support between Sasaki, Miyano and their friends. Whether it be about their interest in BL or each other, the overarching themes and relationships in the series are consistently positive — a welcome deviation from some of the genre’s more problematic portrayals of romance and affection.
